The Santa mailbox
Most of the year, our booth holds flowers. In December, it holds something better: a direct line to the North Pole. Drop your letter in Santa's box at 340 West 400 North in Heber City, and Santa will write you back — a real letter, in the mail, just for you.
How to send your letter
- Write your letter — tell Santa anything you like.
- Drop it in the box at the booth, any time in December. [CONFIRM: this year's deadline — Dec 18 in 2025]
- Watch the mail. Santa answers every single letter that reaches him.
A note for parents
Please make sure a return address is on or in the letter — that's how Santa's reply finds its way back. Replies are warm, personal, and full of holiday cheer; Santa never promises particular gifts, so there are no expectations to manage afterward. Letters are treated with care and children's names are never shared or posted.
This little tradition has run for years now, with more than a hundred letters finding their way north each December. It costs nothing and it never will.
