Do you charge a consultation fee?
For an initial consultation with WestSide Blooms is free.  If you would like for us to create sample of any portion of the wedding, prior to the event, there will be a fee based on the portion we create.

Do you have a minimum order?
We can work with almost any budget.  Just complete the wedding questionnaire and one of our designers will contact you.

How do we book a wedding with WestSide Blooms?
We require a deposit to hold your wedding date. Because your wedding is our top priority, we only create one wedding per day.  Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

When does my wedding flower order have to be paid in full and finalized?
In order for us to full-fill the wedding order, we must have the remaining balance owed on the wedding  paid in full two weeks prior to the date.  You can also make payments, daily weekly or month up until the two week mark. 

How do I pick flowers that help create my wedding vision?
We always recommend, browsing through wedding magazines, websites, and even social media to find inspiration and flowers that you like.  When you come to your consultation, with a Vivarium floral designer, we will help guide you in make specific flower selections for your special day. An excellent on-line resource for flower varieties is 

Where can I get ideas for wedding flowers?
WestSide Blooms can provide ideas, as well as bridal magazines, wedding websites, pinterest, instagram and other forms of social media

How do I pick flowers that match the color of the dresses?
WestSide Blooms is always happy to make flower suggestions.  Remember there are some colors that are not found in flowers.

What if I pick out specific varieties, and they become unavailable?
Unfortunately, varieties come and go throughout the year. Because we can not control weather, climate and plants natural growing patterns, we never provide a 100% guarantee on some flowers.  Vivarium Floral will substitute flowers that are comparable in these situations.

What is the best place to start when ordering wedding flowers?
Typically we recommend starting with the wedding party flowers and building the designs up.
